ALAN MONKS In his 86th year suddenly but peacefully with his family by his side, Fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church, now re-united with his beloved late wife Norah. The loving and much loved dad of Peter, Catherine and Pauline, dearest dad in law of Sarah, Kevin and Ray, devoted grandad of James, David and George James RIP, a much loved brother, brother in law, uncle, great uncle and great great uncle and a dear friend to many. "May he rest in peace". Requiem Mass will be at St Maries Roman Catholic Church, Bury on Friday, April 25 at 12.30.pm. Followed by committal at Radcliffe crematorium at 2.pm. Family flowers only.
