JEAN BAKER Passed away peacefully on 14th September 2016 at Fairfield Hospital aged 79. Beloved wife of the late Stanley, much loved Mum of Stephen and Philip and a devoted Nan of Stewart, Mark, Matthew, Zachary and Daniel and Great Nan of Blake. Funeral Service to take place at Radcliffe Crematorium on Monday 26th September at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation care of the Funeral Director.
