We are sad to announce that MARY CECILIA HATTON Of Grasmere Road, Helmshore died at home on Sunday 29th January aged 86. Mary was Theatre Sister at Rossendale General Hospital the Theatre Superintendent/Matron at Bury General Hospital and Fairfield from where she retired in 1995. The funeral took place last Tuesday 7th February 2017. Donations if desired for Rossendale Hospice c/o Johnson, Durning & Woods Funeral Service, 8 Pleasant Street, Haslingden BB4 5LG.
