IRENE APPLEGATE Irene, beloved wife of the late Bert (Herbert) and much loved Mum of Susan, died peacefully at home on Wednesday 8th March 2017aged 97. The funeral will take place on Monday 20th March 2017 at 2.20pm at Accrington Crematorium followed by a celebration of Irene's life at Christ Church Ramsbottom Baptist Methodist. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Christ Church Ramsbottom Baptist Methodist and Marie Currie c/o Booth and Wolstenholme Funeral Services, Peel Chapel, Crow Lane, Ramsbottom (01706 826661). I'm sure God gave me to you late in life so that I would be there for you when you needed someone after Dad died. We are more than a Mother and Daughter, you were my best friend. You have been a wonderful Mother, and always there for me. You are now in God's care and I can see you singing your heart out in Heaven as you celebrate being with your Saviour and being reunited with Dad. God Bless and Thank You, for being my Mum.
