HAZEL BROOKS On 16 April 2017 peacefully at Fairfield Hospital, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of Norman. Rest in Peace. The service and committal will be at Radcliffe Crematorium on Thursday 27 April at 3.30pm. All floral tributes welcome or donations if desired, cheques only made payable to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home may be forwarded to Silletts Funeral Service, Spring Lane, Radcliffe, M26 2TQ.
