KATHLEEN ROSE SMITH (Kath) (Formerly of Ainsworth / previously Newcastle-upon-Tyne) Passed away 5th August 2017 Aged 80 years, at Rose Court Care Home, Radcliffe, after a long illness. Much loved daughter of the late Septimus and Emily, beloved partner of Ken and dear sister of Nan. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A Funeral mass will be held at the St Osmund R.C. Church, Long Lane, Breightmet, Bolton BL2 6EB. At 12:30pm Wednesday 23rd August, followed by a cremation service at East Lancashire Crematorium, Cemetery Road, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 4EU. At 1:30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to: The Alzheimer's Society. c/o Co-op Funeral-care, 10/14 Ainsworth Road, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 4EA. Where Kath will be resting.
