IAN MEADOWCROFT Alison, Lee, Craig and Sam would like to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends, ex colleagues, neighbours and fellow bowlers for their touching and comforting messages of condolence and also their love, kindness and support shown on their recent sad loss of Ian. Grateful thanks also go to the doctors and nursing staff at Bury Hospice, district nurses, hospice at home team and Geraldine our palliative care nurse for all their professional care and support. With much appreciation to the Reverend Rhiannon Jones for her warmth, Prayers and for conducting a lovely and memorable Service at Bury Parish Church. A special "thank you" to everyone there, the exceptional attendance at church was overwhelming. The family felt very proud and honoured, as indeed Ian would have been too. Our heartfelt thanks to all those who joined us at "The Duck Club" to celebrate Ian's life and for all your shared stories, memories, contributions both touching and humorous captured in a book of condolence. Finally, extended thanks to Carl and all at Sillett's Funeral Services for their help, guidance and support throughout the arrangements. To Margaret and Bernadette for the beautiful floral tributes and for all donations most gratefully received for Bury Hospice in Ian's memory.
