JACKIE WARREN David and Ben and their families would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their support and kind messages and cards of condolence following their sad loss. Also to all those who attended the funeral and for donations to The Christie. These thanks are extended to the doctors and district nurses who cared for Jackie, and The Christie, in particular The Critical Care Unit. Many thanks also to Rev. Carol Hayden for a wonderful service and to Silletts for their kind support and professionalism throughout.
