TREV DUCKWORTH The Family of Trev Duckworth would like to share our gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the following people who helped Trev through his illness. Dr H Deakin, for her dedication and caring professionalism towards Trev and myself; Manor Pharmacy Team; Macmillan nurse; Hospice Nurses; Barry and our Neighbours; The Christy, FGH and Oldham Oncology Teams; A& E Dept, and Wds 6 & 7 Staff ; Bernadette Gibson Funeral director for her professional care during a difficult time; and those I have not mentioned, including family and friends, who willingly gave their help in any way they could. Thank you to those who shared Trev's celebration of Life. Without these wonderful people, Trev and I and our Family couldn't have had our final months of shared love. Grateful thanks to all, from Judith and Trev's Sons, Stuart and Carl and Family.
