SUSAN ATKINSON Susan's family would like to thank all the staff at Complete Care, the District Nurses and everyone who donated to the Renal Unit. We would also like to thank all those from Salford Renal and Dialysis Units, Christie and Fairfield Hospitals who were involved in her care.
