JOHN (Jack) EDWIN CHAPMAN Nellie and family of the late Jaçk would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards, condolences and donations to Bury Hospice. Also the kindness from the staff at Farnworth Care Home for the short time he was there. To Mears Care Agency, especially Karen and Dawn for their kindness. Dr. Patel at Breightmet Health Centre for his exemplary care and attention. Reverend Roy Machin for the beautiful service and Silletts Funeral Services for their care and attention in our sad loss. Thank you to everyone who attended the funeral service.
