KATHLEEN REDGRAVE The family of the late Kathleen Margaret Redgrave would like to thank her relatives and all friends for their prayers, kind messages of condolence, cards, support and donations to Kathleen's chosen charities. We would like to offer sincere thanks to the Doctors and Nurses on wards 6 and 7 at Fairfield Hospital for their loving care. We would particularly like to thank Dr. O'Donell and his team who showed great empathy and understanding to Kathleen. Our thanks also to Dr Haslam at Ramsbottom Medical Centre and to the District Nurses, Marie Curie and Bury Hospice Community Nurses for their loving care and support in the final days of Kathleens life. Our thanks extended to Lisa and Bernard of Booth & Wolstenholme Funeral Directors for their care, kindness and professionalism. Also thank you to all the staff at Park Farm Tea Shop. Our heartfelt thanks go to Rev'd John Illsley for an uplifting service to celebrate Kathleen's life. A special thanks to Katie Geelan. We thank everyone who attended the service to make Kathleen's final journey a wonderful occasion. THANK YOU ALL
