IWAN (JOHN) KALYNIAK The family of the late Iwan (John) Kalyniak wish to express their sincere thanks to all family, friends and neighbours for all the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Thanks for the cards, messages of support, donations to Bury hospice and to everyone who helped in any way. Thanks to Dr Paul Norman, the doctors and staff of ward 21 at Fairfield general hospital, all the staff at Bury hospice, district nurses, Macmillan team and carers for all their wonderful care. Thanks to Fr. Nebesniak for a comforting service and to Paula, Nicola and the staff at Co-op funeralcare in Bury for the funeral arrangements.
