CONSTANCE MARGARET WRIGHT (nee GREENWOOD) The family of the late Constance Margaret Wright would most sincerely like to thank family & friends for their kind messages of sympathy following the sad death of Constance. They would also like to thank Springview Medical Centre, Little Lever and Tracey on her team of district nurses. Special thanks also to Chris Mills for his kind words at the service and to Joanna at Co-op Funeralcare for all her help, empathy & professionalism. Thank you to Andrea, Janet, Karen, Charlotte & Rachael for their help in caring for Constance. Donations to the sum of £302 were gratefully received and have been passed on to the Alzheimer's Society. Constance will be missed by all.
