DAVID JOHN McLEAN The family of the late David McLean would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their support. Thanks also to Bolton Renal Dialysis Unit who cared for David throughout his illness. Also to all the staff at Royal Bolton Hospital. Many thanks to Silletts Funeral Service for providing a dignified and personal funeral. Special thanks to my sister Lynda for being there for me.
