ALISON LOMAX Following the death of Alison, his beloved wife of 47 years, Rod Lomax would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their personal support at this extremely sad time. Thank you too for all the beautiful cards and letters of sympathy of which there are too many to reply individually… a mark of how well Alison was respected. A special thank you to Caroline and Mike and to Rick and Jan for their invaluable support at the funeral. Thank you also to everyone who came along to celebrate Alison's life and for their most generous donations to The Donkey Sanctuary and to Lancashire Wildlife Trust, two charities which she was extremely passionate about. Finally, a big thank you to Bill Davis for conducting such a perfect ceremony and to Linda Hewitson of the Co-op Funeralcare for her professional and caring manner in making sure everything ran smoothly.
