GEOFF CHADWICK Pat, Kathy and Paul would like to express our sincere thanks for the support we received from family and friends at this sad time, for the masses of cards and messages of sympathy and for the generous donations. Thanks to the Vicar of St. Anne's Church, Tottington the Reverend Hugh Bearn for the way in which he conducted the service. Thanks to the staff of Wards 5 and 11B at Fairfield General Hospital and to the staff at Nazareth House, Prestwich for the love and care they all showed to Geoff. We couldn't have asked for better. Thank you also to the Co-op Funeral Service for the dignified way they handled Geoff's funeral
