SUSAN CHRISTINA WAITE Susan's family would like to express their sincere thanks to relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations to Bury Hospice and Bury Cancer Support Centre. Special thanks to all those who supported Sue during her illness including The Christie Hospital, the doctors and staff at Greenmount Medical Centre, the nurses at Tottington Medical Centre, Bury Hospice, Bury Cancer Support Centre, The Fairfield and Royal Bolton Hospitals, the District Nurses, Macmillan Nurses, Routes Healthcare and Bury North Care. Also the teachers and staff at Bury Grammar School Girls, past and present, for being there for us. Special thanks to Reverend Julian Heaton, Rector of Bury Parish Church for conducting such a moving funeral service. The beautiful flower arrangements by Rachel at Park Farm and to Ben and the staff at The Red Hall Hotel. Finally, Silletts Funeral Service for their thoughtful support and professionalism.
