THE LATE RAY WATERHOUSE Carol would like to thank everyone who sent kind messages, cards and donations to Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association in memory of the late Ray Waterhouse. Thanks to family and friends for their love and support during Ray's illness. Thanks to Margery Spencer for conducting Ray's funeral service, to Jo and the team at Bury Co-op Funeralcare, to the Bury hospice day hospital staff, volunteers and the specialist palliative care team for their care and support of both Ray and myself.
