NINETIES pop pin-up Jimmy Constable of 911 boy band fame will be back on stage as he headlines a charity gig next month — with the line up including acts from Britain's Got Talent and The Voice.

A Night For Jennifer concert will take place at Bolton's Holiday Inn on Saturday, June 9 in memory of a mother who died in a car crash when her song was just a back.

The night is organised by her husband Graham and son James Edgington, who won a legion of fans when they appeared as Father and Son on ITV's Britain's Got Talent, impressing judges to reach the semi-finals in 2010.

James said: "I lost my Mum when I was 14 months old, leaving me with no memory of her and being the child of a sole parent. My dad was incredible and growing up without Mum was a difficult time for both of us.

"With the charity named after my mum, Jennifer provides bereavement support for those fathers raising their children alone following the death of their mother. A Night For Jennifer is a celebration of the charity and those fathers doing a fantastic job raising their children as a sole parent."

911 sold over 10 million singles and six million albums worldwide before reforming for the ITV2 documentary series The Big Reunion.

Jimmy recently released Road To Evolution a ten-track offering which sees Jimmy combine a strong country sound with elements of pop and RnB. The singer’s personal experiences are said to be reflected within the songs, with "Best A Broken Man Can" focusing on some of his earlier struggles and dark days, whilst "Worth It" highlights happier times in his life. The album was released last month and went straight into the top 10 of the country music chart on iTunes.

With recent appearances on The Voice, Jane McDonald & Friends and as one of the 100 from BBC’s All Together Now, Divina De Campo will bring sparkle and sass to the evening performing live and returning by popular demand.

Father & Son, the founders of The Jennifer Charity will be co-hosting the event along with giving a live performance on the night.

Britain’s Got Talent’s Olivia Archbold will also take to the stage and soprano Jenny Carson will also be giving her rendition of some classical favourites.

The night will include a performance from Theatre Dance of Bolton and there will be some special guest surprises as well.

James said: "We are thrilled to be joined by some brilliant talent on the night for this event and hope the guests enjoy the evening and celebrate our charity with us, something so positive to come out of tragic circumstances."

Tickets are £30.
