I WAS sorry to read the letter from the parents of the lad who is struggling to get a job post-graduation.

It would be a pleasure to try and help in any way I can, free of charge.

As someone who graduated in 1996, I am fully aware of the lack of opportunities now compared to when I graduated, and everyone needs the odd break or a little help where possible.

I have been in recruitment with the same company since November, 2000, and if I can help him get a break then great, whether it’s CV advice, interview tips or just general careers advice.
