I am worried that these promotions are not ethnically diverse and exhibit institutionalised ageism. Those over the age of 39 and under the age of 38 are being discriminated against and victimised. I shall have to waste a lot of public money investigating these allegations - well after I come back from long term sick on full pay pending the outcome of my bullying allegations against the tea operative, I will anyway.

Does anyone know if wonderkind Justine Curran is a Common Purpose graduate?
