Car crash causes rush-hour disruption

A WOMAN escaped unhurt after her car skidded on ice and landed on its side.
The Ford Ka crashed into a wall on Bolton Road in Hawkshaw at around 8.10am today causing disruption to rush-hour traffic.
Firefighters were called to the scene and flipped the vehicle back over.
There were no other passengers or cars involved in the accident.
