A new building which is set to provide state-of-the-art facilities for Bury College students is taking shape.
The four-storey expansion to the college’s Enterprise Centre is worth £4.3 million, and will include new classrooms, meeting rooms and conference facilities. The building, in Market Street, was formerly the offices of the Bury Times, and was taken over by the college to expand their facilities.
It will be used by students at the college enrolled on university, adult and business courses, and is set to open in September.
The expansion to the Enterprise Centre is just the latest development at the college’s campus over the past few years, with a new £4million sports centre also set to open in September.
