A MOTORIST has been fined £535 after failing to stop at the scene of a crash.
Craig Stott, aged 54, of Rochdale Old Road, Bury, drove a Range Rover in Heywood Street, Bury, on November 19 last year when it was involved in a crash that injured Paul Kay.
Stott appeared before Bury magistrates last week and admitted driving without due care and attention and failing to stop at the scene.
Five penalty points were put on his licence, and he was ordered to pay £35 court costs.
