IT was “game on” for Bury Croquet Club which opened its lawns to the public for its annual open day.
Visitors were able to try their hand at the sport, held at Coronation Park in Radcliffe on Saturday.
Among those taking part were the Mayor of Bury, Cllr Sharon Briggs, and the mayoress, Shirley Rabbitt, while around 50 adults and six children attended.
The open day was in support of Bury Hospice and the event raised £432.12.
There were a variety of different stalls for visitors to enjoy.
