DOVES frontman Jimi Goodwin is among the latest additions to the line-up for this year’s Ramsbottom Festival.
He will play tracks from his first solo album Odludek on the Saturday of the festival, which will be held on September 19, 20, and 21.
Sunday’s headliner has not yet been announced, but The Levellers and British Sea Power will top the bill on Friday and Saturday respectively.
New additions to the line up on Saturday also include East London reggae and dub band The Skints, Salford based singer-songwriter and poet Vinny Peculiar, singer-songwriter Frankie Forman, reggae and ska group XOVA, folk group Paper Beat Scissors and Manchester four-piece Jolanga.
Manchester band The Minx, ska pop group By The Rivers and psych-folk duo Bird to Beast will also perform on Friday.
New additions to the line up on Sunday include Neville Staple, a former member of The Specials, singer-songwriter Nell Bryden, roots and blues musician Hans Theessink, singer-songwriter Luke Daniels and acoustic swing group My Sweet Patootie.
A weekend ticket for the festival costs £66 for adults or £144 for a family ticket, and day tickets cost £24 for the Friday or £26 for Saturday and Sunday.
