CHILDREN in Bury have been making some new feathered and furry friends over Easter, thanks to a free petting farm at The Rock.
The farm, located in St John's Gardens, included chicks, ducklings, a goose, tiny bantam cockerels, rabbits, guinea pigs, and a skunk.
A timetable of activities for visitors ran daily, with sessions in animal handling, petting, and feeding.
