KIND-hearted carers have emerged as "charity champs" after raising £325 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
They staged a successful Macmillan coffee morning at the Bury Carers Centre in Silver Street, with people baking, donating and buying cakes.
The centre also welcomed Greater Manchester Macmillan manager Rose Tipton, who attended the event to say a huge "thank you" to the carers for raising the funds and for their support.
