A DEVELOPER aiming to give Bury a jobs boost will take another step forward next week.
Sladen Estates announced its intentions in June to build a flagship branch of JD Sports with a gym, a Home Bargains and an Iceland foodstore at Park 66 in Pilsworth, potentially creating dozens of jobs.
The firm is yet to submit a planning application to Bury Council, but it is due to hold a meeting with neighbours at 7.30pm on Tuesday.
Hollins Village Community Association said the meeting will take place at Hollins Social Club in Brook Lane, Hollins Village.
A spokesman said: "Everyone is welcome to come and look at the proposals, to ask questions and make comments."
