A LAW firm has promoted two valuable members of staff.

Associate Solicitor Emma Cordock and Chartered Legal Executive Carl Fletcher have been named directors by AFG LAW.

Emma, aged 31, works in the company’s Bury office and practices family law. She also has a strong background in divorce matters.

Carl heads up the property department and is responsible for all aspects of conveyancing, landlord portfolios and building professional relationships outside the firm.

Working closely with the other directors, Emma will continue to focus on marketing and raising awareness of AFG LAW across the region.

Carl who has been with AFG LAW for over twenty years having joined in 1996 predominantly deals with residential property.

He manages the sale and purchase of properties, remortgages and equity release transactions on behalf of clients.

Emma and Carl said in a statement: “We are very proud and excited to become Directors at AFG LAW.

“We work with a variety of clients which is rewarding, often challenging, but never boring; every day is different.

“It is great to be recognised formally for our efforts.

“We are looking forward to further developing the firm and maintaining the excellent standards we are known for”.
