A NUMBER of burglaries have been reported recently in Radcliffe.
The description of a man who stole the keys to a van on Monday, March 13, has been issued, with police appealing for information.
The van was parked in Turks Road, with the driver sitting inside with the side window open.
A man then reached in and took the ignition keys.
He ran off and is described as white, around 40 to 50 years old, with scruffy dark hair and was wearing a grey parka jacket.
Elsewhere, drills and tools were taken from a house in Radcliffe.
The items were taken on Thursday, March 16, from a house in Grindsbrook Road.
The offenders broke the glass on a rear door and stole two Dewalt drills as well as some tools.
In another incident on Saturday, March 18, televisions and a DVD player were taken from a property in Seymour Court.
Offenders broke in through the rear door of the address.
On the same day, a television, laptop and a mobile phone were taken from a house in Knowles Street.
On March 8, a mobile phone and an Amazon Fire TV Stick were stolen from a house.
The items were taken from a property on Lever Street.
