A DETERMINED developer has submitted a third application to build in Bridge Street.
The new plans claim to have fixed parking and traffic issues raised when the application was refused in December by altering the building size and parking.
If approved this time, the plans would see the land on the corner of the junction with Kay Street, Bury become an industrial building with servicing yard.
The council received the application at the end of March.
