SCOOTERISTS from across the region turned out in force in solidarity with the family of Olivia Campbell-Hardy.

The family are keen scooter riders themselves and are members of the Skin City Scooter Club, managed by Oivia's step-dad Paul Hodgson.

Mr Hodgson, aged 47, praised the support the family had been given by the scooter community.

While having their tattoos done to honour Olivia on Thursday, Mr Hodgson received a phone call from friends at a scooter rally in Norfolk.

They were told one of the food stalls was asking people to donate their change to the Manchester Attack fund.

The ride, organised through Facebook, included 'hundreds and hundreds' of scooterists who rode to the family home in Redvales Road then formed a guard of honour to Manchester.

Olivia's mum Charlotte Campbell, aged 36, who owns her own Frozen themed scooter, was driven in a car to St Ann's Square with other members of the family.

The family laid their own tributes to Olivia in the square, a tearful Ms Campbell kissed a picture of her daughter before setting it down among the flowers.
