A MEMORIAL event to raise funds in honour of Olivia Campbell-Hardy is being held later this month.

The schoolgirl was among the 22 people killed at Manchester Arena on May 22.

Now, a fundraising event is being held with all proceeds going to Tottington High School, where the 15-year-old attended.

The money raised will then be spent on buying new musical instruments for the school so that Olivia’s musical legacy can continue.

The schoolgirl loved singing and was in the audience for the Ariana Grande concert on the night of the terror attack.

A professional stage will be set up in the grounds of Winfield Outdoors store in Haslingden, with singers and bands performing to crowds throughout the day.

People can also buy raffle tickets with a whole host of prizes on offer including a £500 shopping voucher.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 26 from 11am at Hazel Mill on Blackburn Road, Haslingden.
