A LORRY has has burst into flames on the M60 near Prestwich.
The vehicle is on fire between junction 16 and junction 17 of the motorway between Prestwich and Pendlebury.

Three lanes have now been blocked in the anti-clockwise direction.
Motorists are experiencing severe delays due to the fire.
The fire service and police are attending the incident.
GMP Traffic offices have tweeted to avoid the area if possible.
It is not known if anyone has been injured.
