GEMMA Atkinson has made it through to the semi-final of Strictly Come Dancing.
The actor from Bury was joint-bottom of the leaderboard after her quickstep to Broadway musical Hello Dolly received a score of 29 from the judges.
But through the public vote she managed to escape the dance off at the expense of Alexandra Burke and Davood Ghadam.
The latter, who also received a score of 29 on Saturday, was subsequently eliminated by the judges, leaving just five couples left.
The semi-final will be aired on BBC One on Saturday.
