TWO more men have been charged in connection with a shooting in Prestwich.
Daniel Boyle, aged 30, of no fixed abode has been charged with conspiracy to murder, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of Class A drugs.
Matthew Moss, aged 23, of Wythburn Road, in Middleton has been charged with conspiracy to murder.
Both men are set to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court today.
The charges are in relation to an incident on Monday, November 27 when police were called at around 8.40pm to reports that a 49-year-old man had been shot at his home in Glebelands Road, Prestwich.
The man has since been released from hospital and is still recovering from his serious injuries.
Four other men have already been charged with attempted murder as part of the investigation.
Dominic Burke, aged 20 of Whinfell Drive Middleton, Waseem Ahmed, aged 29 of Greenside Avenue, Manchester, Steven O'Donnell, aged 20 of Carr Avenue Prestwich and Anthony Ward, aged 29, of Braithwaite Road, Langley, have all been charged.
A 22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder was released under investigation.
