HEALTHWATCH Bury are looking for participants to take part in a focus group.
The organisation is seeking views from patients on what is important to them about medicines on discharge from hospital and if they would welcome additional support to help them to take their medicines.
They want to find out what patients think about the introduction of an electronic referral system between pharmacy teams - such as hospital, community, general practice and mental health - across Greater Manchester and if patients support the principle of sharing information this way.
The focus group will take place from 2pm on Thursday, March 8 at Bury Unitarian Church, in Bank Street, Bury.
