Three men plead guilty to affray after Costcutter incident
THREE men from Bury pleaded guilty to affray following an incident at a shop.
Daniel Heap, aged 20, of Hamilton Street; James Taylor, aged 24, of Thrush Drive; and Kyle Heap, aged 17, of Woodhill Road, appeared at Bolton Crown Court in connection with the incident at Costcutter in Church Street, Little Lever, on October 12.
Heap and Taylor both pleaded guilty to affray and will appear for sentence at Bolton Crown Court on June 16.
Kyle Heap also pleaded guilty to affray and will appear for sentence at Wigan Youth Court on May 31.
All three have been granted bail.
