HELP: The community ball will support elderly residents who attend Friendly Faces
A COMMUNITY ball will be held to raise money for Friendly Faces in Radcliffe — a group tackling social isolation and loneliness among the elderly.
Radcliffe Borough Football Club will host live entertainment by professional singer Sarah Dennis, as well as a pie and pea supper, from 7.30pm on Saturday, June 30.
Organiser Cherella Young has asked for anyone who can donate raffle prizes to get in contact.
Tickets cost £10 each, with all proceeds going to Friendly Faces.
The group, which is free to attend, meets at Radcliffe Borough Football Club every Wednesday between 1 and 3pm, and new members are always welcome.
