BURY North MP James Frith has launched a survey to find out the views of people from across the borough on Brexit.

The survey, which is open to all residents in Bury, Tottington and Ramsbottom, aims to gather detailed information on the views of everyone who voted Remain, Leave or abstained in last June's referendum.

Mr Frith says he will then use the information to help guide him on upcoming votes and debates in the House of Commons.

He said: “Important votes are coming up in Parliament over the next few months as the Government continues to negotiate a deal on our future relationship with the EU and get our laws in order.

"I want to know what local people think in order to better inform my decision making on this important issue.

"I am committed to securing a Brexit that works for Bury and Britain, which protects our rights, jobs and the economy.”
