A BUSINESS has launched to help get businesspeople healthy.

Bolton firm Eat With Farah delivers healthy food to the borough’s workplaces. Owner Farah Master said: “There has been a plethora of literature indicating employees are skipping lunch at workplaces daily due to work commitments and lack of other food options, therefore affecting their own health but also hampering business productivity by £50 million.

“Therefore my wife and I have decided to start a business which we deliver handmade artisan lunch ‘food 2go’ to businesses to ensure people are eating healthy and also enjoy their lunch break with flavourful and exciting food options.”

The firm represented the Manchester Youth Market on King Street, in the city centre. Farah added: “We received amazing feedback from the general public with all our products selling out, and also received an award for our food stall and engagement by the Lord Mayor. We have now been asked to represent at the UK national trading event in Stratford at the end of August. In addition to this, a big part of our business is helping the local community and we have instilled a value as part of our brand to donate meals to the homeless across Bolton and Manchester and currently working with homeless shelters.”
