Workers split over their bosses

Most workers believe they have a great boss although many complain that their manager blames other staff for any mistakes they make, according to a new report today.

A survey of 1,800 workers by employment law firm Peninsula showed that three out of five felt their boss was a good role model and they aspired to be like them, although just over half said their boss's weakness was blaming others.
