Support over 12 years welcomed

As outgoing councillor for the Radcliffe North Ward, I would like to thank all those who have given support and assistance to me over the past 12 years to carry out my duties as the representative for this area.
It has been a tremendous priviledge to represent this part of the Radcliffe, along with Bradley Fold and Ainsworth, and I have met some fantastic people from our community during my term of office.
I have never failed to be impressed by the friendliness, resourcefulness and sense of humour of the residents of this part of the borough, which makes it such a good place to live in.
I would also like to congratulate Jackie Harris who defeated me at last week's local elections and wish her well during the coming years during which some vital decisions affecting Radcliffe will need to be made.
