RAMSON'S restaurant in Ramsbottom and Bury Football Club are tapping into a campaign to go green' when it comes to choosing water.

Both are backing United Utilities' Tap Into Water' campaign to encourage people to use tap water rather than buying bottled water.

United Utilities carbon manager, Chris Matthews, said: "People are already turning on to the fact that refilling a bottle with tap water saves money and saves the environmental damage of carbon emissions and plastic waste associated with the transport and disposal of bottled water."
