Centre site goes on sale

NOLAN Redshaw has been instructed to sell a 1.8 acre development site in the centre of Bury for £1.5 million.
The site, known as Lascar Works, is on Peel Way, adjacent to the already established Woodfields retail park, which is anchored by a Tesco superstore.
Paul Nolan, director of development at Nolan Redshaw, commented: "The site offers a wide range of possibilities in the long term. Its location adjacent to the ring road ensures excellent prominence, the success of which is highlighted by the already established retail facilities."
