A COMMUNITY action day will be held in Stubbins on Sunday as the village prepares to defend its North West in Bloom crown.
Residents will gather at the memorial garden in Bolton Road North from 1pm for an afternoon of gardening, weeding and litter picking in preparation for the annual competition.
