Daily Sport girls were in the news!

YOU might have thought the shop had been hit by a bombshell, such was the commotion outside a Bury off-licence last week.

Actually, it had been hit by two blonde bombshells. . . glamour models Amie Leigh and Gemma Lauren.

They lent a hand to shopkeepers Kev and Mandy Murji at Colville Wines and News — delighting builders working nearby on the new Sure Start centre at St Stephen’s CE Primary School. Salivating workers remarked that the fayre available on the ‘hot food to go’ counter was even hotter that usual.

Shopkeeper Kev (32) said: “Word spread quickly and soon we had every builder on the estate coming to the shop. The girls went down a treat. For first timers they got to know the till really quickly. They couldn’t make a sandwich though.”

The shop won the visit from the two models through a competition run by the Daily Sport.
