SUPREME service skills have landed a travel agent with the tag of Best in Bolton, according to a national travel magazine.
Rachael White, aged 36, from Skelmersdale, works at the Co-operative Travel branch in Corporation Street.
National travel magazine Travel Weekly sent a mystery shopper to Bolton to try out various agents and find the best.
Four agencies were tested, with Co-operative Travel and Mrs White coming out as the best of the bunch.
The brief was to find a budget family camping holiday in France and her service skills were tested on criteria such as friendliness, enthusiasm, helpfulness, professionalism and knowledge.
A report in Travel Weekly said: “She was animated and enthusiastic throughout and there is no doubt that I would return to book a holiday with this agency.”
